How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take a while to arrive because the artists need to produce your order without rushing, so you can receive a flawless piece. We kindly ask for your patience; the wait will be worth it!
How does the store's purchasing system work?
When you find a product you really want and proceed with the purchase, in addition to all the bureaucracy the store will send you, you'll have to wait because, in most cases, your product doesn't already exist; it will be created for you. Many artists send updates to let you know how your piece is progressing!
How can I find out if there is STOCK?
Regarding INVENTORY, as you can imagine, it doesn't exist for most products. Don't worry, because it's through your purchase that the product will be created. So, remember that there is no INVENTORY, only the idea of something you will have on your shelf at home!
Where can I get my questions answered?
The store offers several ways to get help to clarify any questions customers may have, including the Contact option in the Menu , the Official Discord server for those who prefer to use the app, WhatsApp (and others like Instagram), a Telegram chat accessible through Discord, and the store's AI service in the corner of the page – we recommend this as a last resort, as a human can help you much more easily!
Can I buy without worries?
When there is no "STOCK" in the production of a product in the store, that is, when the artist no longer wants to create a certain product, we proceed with one of two things. In the case of a customer having paid for a product that will not be produced, the store offers the option of returning the entire amount paid for the product as quickly as possible once the customer is notified and responds (no deadline to do so), or the option of exchanging it for another product of the same value or cheaper (here we ask that you respond quickly), with the difference being deducted (a more expensive product can also be chosen), remembering that you can always use any means of assistance to find out about the availability of STOCK.
